  • 85g sausages meet or uncooked sausage of choice.
  • 2 tablespoons of diced onion.
  • 2 tablespoons of diced bell peppers.
  • 2 eggs.
  • 1 tablespoon milk.
  • 2 tablespoons grated cheese.
  • Salt, pepper to taste

How to cook:

  • Mix up crumble sausage, onion and bell peppers into a microwave-friendly bowl.
  • Cover your bowl with a plate or lid. Set microwave on high and cook for 90s.
